Prior to the start of the Hours Operation: If inclement weather is expected or occurring for Anne Arundel County, BGCAA will notify via email and through the website if Clubs will be closed to all youth and staff. Parents will be notified at least 1 hour before the Club is scheduled to open.

 

During the Hours of Operation: If inclement weather is expected or occurring, BGCAA will close within 2 hours of the a weather advisory warning anticipated for Anne Arundel County. Parents will be notified immediately of the closure. Notification will also be posted on our website.
